Shashank
Dutt Jha, Founder, CEO & CTO
As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Shashank has overall responsibility
for InvariantLogic strategy and operations. In this role,
Shashank works with the company's marketing, technology,
and operations heads. In addition, he works closely with
team leaders in all areas to further develop the company
and power its growth.
Prior to founding InvariantLogic, he served as a “Program
Manager” and “Product Engineer” in a
leading IT company in India.
He has worked for developing an application server, for
many years, working for developing and becoming product
manager for industry's first commercial implementation
of CCM based application server. He was involved in developing
some of the CORBA services including CORBA FT, Persistence,
LB, Trader, Naming etc. services. He has also been involved
in developing compilers, management and deployment tools,
developing assembly framework etc.
He was responsible for implementing TMF standards including
TMF513 and JIDM in telecom domains for a leading organization
in India.
Mr.
Shashank has co-authored a white paper on “Management
in CORBA domains”. And has been actively involved
in training engineers in various organizations in CORBA
and UML standards. He was invited as a speaker in CARE.
Mr.
Shashank holds a bachelors’s from Indian Institure
of Technology ( IIT ) Roorkee, India.
Ms. Lakshmi JS , Founder, Chairman & Manager
Marketing
As overall in-charge of marketing InvariantLogic and
making alliances, Ms. Lakshmi co-ordinates and works
with senior management to make relations to continuously
make inroads into new areas of business.
She is responsible for all the communications, strategies
and policy making for InvariantLogic.
Prior to starting this venture she worked in
capacity of Technical Architect in a leading MNC in
India.
Ms. Lakshmi received her master’s degree in “Masters
in Computer Application” from Kuvempu University,
Shimoga, India.
Mr. Mukesh Kureshi, Senior
Vice President US Operations
Mukesh has been in US for more than a decade and has
extensive experience in process simulation technology.
He is responsible for outsourcing, and developing strategy
for expansion of our US operations.
He holds Masters Degree in Compuer Science from Western
Michigan University, USA and Bachelors Degree from IIT.

Mr. Johny Peter, Vice President Outsourcing
Johny peter is a great professional with strategic vision
and analytical expertise. Always alert to market, economy
and client’s signals to take the opportunities
to do more business development. He is very committed
to delivering on results, very focused on client satisfaction,
and very good at establishing long lasting trustworthy
relationships at various levels.
Johny has been with us since inception of InvariantLogic.
Channelising the network across globe for outsourcing
the IT work to us.
He holds Degree in MBA from Oxford University.
Mr. Arvind Kishore , Manager Operations
As
Manager (Operations), Arvind co-ordinates and works
with senior management to make sure the company operates
smoothly. Arvind also helps company in developing and
implementing its human resources policies and practices.
Mr.
Arvind received his bachelor’s degree in engineering
from university, Shimoga, India.
